How to Order
--------------------------------------
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Browse my gallery for the painting(s) you wish to buy.
Click on "Add to Cart" to add an art work to your Shopping Cart.
The Shopping Cart contents page allows you to remove items.
After you have finished your selection, look at your Shopping Cart and click on "Checkout".
Then you will be asked for a few details, which I need to satisfy your order.
Before you send the order you can view a review of your order details, if you wish to correct or change entries click on "Back".
Finally click on "Send Order" to place your order.
Within 48 hours after you placed your order I will send you an email whether I can accept your order or not.
I can not give you a guaranty that your selected painting is still available at the time of your order,
because all paintings are unique pieces.
If I accept your order I will send you my payment details.
After the payment is clear I will dispatch your goods.
If your domicile or delivery address is within the FRG, you can buy only in my studio, I would not accept your order by another way.
(Because of the Terms & Conditions of the German parcel services, I can not ship the artwork within Germany.)
Availability

All orders are subject to goods availability.
I am not obliged to supply the goods to you until I have confirmed the acceptance of your order.
Payment
--------------------------------------
You can pay in EUR, £ or US$.
I dispatch your goods, when the payment is clear.
I accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- moneybookers.com
- creditcard by PayPal
- Western Union Money Transfer
- cash (Only EUR, £ or US$ by insured and registered letter.)
- bank credit transfer to German bankaccount (For international bidders, please use the option "OUR".)
- cash on delivery,
with an additional delivery fee of EUR 15, £ 11 or US$ 18
- International Money Order,
with an additional fee (Sorry, German bank charge for IMO clearing) of EUR 17, £ 12 or US$ 21
- personal cheque in EUR, £ or US$,
with an additional fee (German bank charge for cheque clearing) of EUR 17, £ 12 or US$ 21
(I send the goods only, if the personal cheque is cleared by the bank, which can take up to 3 weeks.)

Sales Tax

All prices on the website are including German VAT.
VAT will be deducted for orders from outside the European Union.
Local taxes and duties for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer or recipient in the country of destination. The buyer or recipient takes over this taxes and duties.

I do not disclose your personal information to third parties without previous permission from you.

The photos are taken with a digital camera, please note that colours can deviate from original painting.
This depends on the pc monitor used, the screen settings, the light conditions by taking the photo, the flashlight, the digitization, the reflection of the colours, etc.
It is very complicated, the painting original to represent as photo.
Statutory Rights

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Invalidity of Terms & Conditions

If for any reason part of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable, the validity of the remaining Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
